Hi, I’m Josh! You’ve probably come to this page to learn a little more about me than just my name. I’ve always been concerned about privacy, which is why this page was left empty for the first couple years that I had this site. But then I realized that I show my face in most of my videos, and I’ve only ever had one person recognize me from my YouTube videos, and I’m pretty sure it’s because a friend recommended a video to them. So here we go.
I was born in Denmark, at the ripe age of zero. Apparently this is what I looked like. And apparently I wasn’t yet allergic to kiwi. That’s kiwi, right? A quick Google search confirms my suspicions.
Fast forward some years, and I’m living in the US. Now for the boring stuff. I got my B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering in 2012. I then got my M.S. in Aerospace Engineering in February, 2015. I’m currently working on my Ph.D. I’ve been a teaching assistant (TA) for Gas Dynamics and Propulsion. I also taught Heat Transfer during the summer of 2015 as part of a teaching fellowship thing. I like learning, and I like teaching. Everyone has at least one motto. I have many, but the one I think is most important is that everyone knows something you don’t. That’s right, everyone. Which means you can learn something from everyone you meet.

I’m a big fan of socks, and there’s nothing I like more than fashionably showing everyone how much I love science.
And here I am, in present day, writing this. I hope you learned a little something about me.
